Missouri man indicted in triple homicide

A Hennepin County grand jury has indicted a Missouri man for the shooting deaths of three people in April.

Eddie Mosley faces first degree murder charges and a lifelong prison sentence in the case. Police say he shot and killed a Brooklyn Park woman, Delois Brown, as well as her parents James and Clover Bolden.

Mosley had previously been charged with criminal sexual conduct involving his juvenile niece. He'd allegedly also threatened the girl's mother, telling her to get the charges dismissed, which she refused.

Brown, the murder victim, provided daycare to the mother of Mosley's alleged sex assault victim. Police say Mosely drove to Brooklyn Park from St. Louis, went into Brown's home and shot the three adults. His alleged target, the mother of the sex assault victim, was not in the home at the time of the slayings.

Mosley fled the scene of the triple slaying, but investigators said they traced him to the crime and announced his arrest about a month later. He's scheduled to appear in court today.
