SHAKOPEE, Minn. (AP) -- Canterbury Park in Shakopee hosts the second annual Fillies Race for Hope on Saturday.

It's a day of horse racing and fundraising to benefit the Hope Chest for Breast Cancer Foundation and the Pay It Forward Fund.

Ten races will be run, each exclusively for fillies and mares. First post is at 1:30 p.m.

Saturday's card includes four stakes races, with the feature being the $100,000 Lady Canterbury Stakes.

Immediately following the day's third race, a Survivors' Parade will be held on the race track, honoring several hundred breast cancer survivors and their families.

A ladies' hat contest also will be held for all track attendees.

The Lady Canterbury Stakes will feature $1 million lifetime winner Hooh Why, a two-time graded stakes winner.
