Climatologist Seeley talks about a Lake Superior water spout

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Climatologist Mark Seeley about a coming break in the heat this summer. August isn't expected to be nearly as warm as July.

He also elaborates on reports that the July heat kept severe weather away from Minnesota. And they talked about a water spout that happened near Duluth over Lake Superior.
