15 As results continued to come in for the DFL 8th congressional district primary, the number of people at Tarryl Clark's primary election party slowly dropped off. As of 11:25 p.m., it was mostly campaign staff and a couple supporters waiting for Clark to make an appearance at Black Woods Bar and Grill in Duluth, Minn.
