Outreach to Latino voters has been a major theme at both the Democratic and Republican conventions. At an event in Charlotte Wednesday titled "Democratic Party in Tomorrow's America," DNC keynote speaker and San Antonio, Texas Mayor Julian Castro talked about what it's going to take to turn out the Latino vote in November.
