All 300 residents in tiny Oslo, Minnesota, which is in the northwestern part of the state, would really like to take a hot shower this morning. They haven't had running water since Sunday.
Oslo joins Duluth and Sioux Falls, South Dakota in having recent municipal water problems, like water main breaks, due to old pipes. In the case of Oslo, shifting ground led to big issues a few days ago, according to the city clerk Karen Cote. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Cote.
