Big crowds expected for gun hearings this week

The gun debate picks up again this week when a Minnesota Senate panel hold a series of hearings on proposed legislation.

Senate leaders say they think the turnout could be even bigger than it was for recent House committee hearings on gun bills.

Gov. Mark Dayton's spending proposal for K-12 schools gets a hearing this week, and House Republicans continue to complain about the new DFL rules for floor amendments.
