MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about a new study on climate change which looks at temperatures going back to the last Ice Age. He also explains the snowy start to March in much of Minnesota. Seeley also has the forecast, which includes rain.
