Inside one of those crazy frozen ice cones was this magical Lilliputan Kingdom. I had to climb up on extremely slippery ice and hang over the edge with my camera suspended upside down on the tripod, out about 5 ft. and shoot randomly with the synche cord until I had what I needed. When I was done I felt as if I had been in a dream. Exhausted but very happy. These are quick rather oversaturated edits that I will be working on for a long time as well as hopefully going back for more!" The photo was taken on March 6 in Grand Marais using a Canon EOS 5D Mark III.
