Flurry of budget work to hit Capitol

With six weeks left in the legislative session, state lawmakers are ramping up their budget work.

Finance committees have hearings planned this week on several key spending proposals, including education and human services. Also, DFL Gov. Mark Dayton and House Democrats will release details of their bonding bill proposals.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio reporter Tim Pugmire about the week ahead at the Capitol.
