Accessing new health exchanges in Minnesota's tribal nations

Gov. Mark Dayton this week named members of the board that will oversee the state's new health insurance exchange, which is scheduled to go live on Oct. 1.

The exchange, an online marketplace and a major component of the Affordable Care Act, is designed to help individuals and small businesses in Minnesota find coverage online.

One member of the new board is Phil Norrgard, the director of human services for the Fond du Lac Reservation.

Norrgard will join Tom Weber on The Daily Circuit to discuss how the exchange will be used among residents of Minnesota's tribal nations.
