APM selling Greenspring Media Group
American Public Media Group, the parent company of Minnesota Public Radio, is selling the subsidiary that produces Minnesota Monthly magazine.
Detroit-based Hour Media has acquired all assets of Greenspring Media Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The companies say little will change beyond the ownership and the retirement of Greenspring publisher Steve Fox.
