Damaged gas line causes evacuations in St. Paul
Xcel Energy crews are working to repair a gas line that was struck by a construction crew in St. Paul.
Xcel officials say 28 people were evacuated temporarily near Arlington Avenue and Farrington Street as crews worked to shut off the gas line.
Residents have been let back into their homes. Repairs are expected to take a couple hours.
