How the health exchange rollout is going in Wisconsin

Minnesota launched its state exchange — MNsure — yesterday. But none of Minnesota's neighbors — Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin — have set up their own health insurance exchange. All of these states are relying on or partnering with the federal exchange, which was overwhelmed by demand Tuesday.
