Duluth confronts discrimination against the homeless

The Duluth City Council has approved a proposal to prohibit discrimination based on housing status and protect the right to move and rest in public spaces without harassment.

No other Minnesota cities have passed such a law.

We discuss what the proposal, passed at a council meeting Monday night, does to combat homelessness in the city.
