Gophers not invited to the big dance
In sports, we now know the 68 teams that will be competing in the men's NCAA basketball tournament, and the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers are not one of them.
Instead, Minnesota will host High Point in the first round of the N.I.T. tournament tomorrow. The Gopher women's basketball team will find out later today if they will be in the NCAA tournament.
