Trial begins in shootings in Little Falls home

The first-degree murder trial of Byron Smith has begun in Little Falls. Smith admitted to authorities that he shot and killed 18-year-old Haile Kifer and 17-year-old Nicholas Brady on Thanksgiving Day, 2012, after they entered his home.

Smith claims he killed the unarmed teens in self-defense after a string of break-ins to his property. We'll talk about the issues that the case raises.
