Supreme Court, Minnesota lawmakers look at cell phone privacy

The Supreme Court will hear arguments Tuesday on two cases that ask whether police can search through cell phones during an arrest and use evidence found there in court.

That comes as Minnesota lawmakers consider legislation that would require warrants for cell phone surveillance - long before any arrest.
