The Minnesota Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of a 50-year protection order under Minnesota law. But the court did not settle the question of how such an order limits a father's right to visitation with the children of the woman who sought the order. The Daily Circuit talks with Liz Richards, executive director of the Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women.
