Duluth Mayor Don Ness remembers Oberstar as mentor
A funeral service will be held on Thursday in Potomac, Maryland for former Minnesota U.S. Rep. Jim Oberstar.
Oberstar, who represented the 8th District for 36 years, died Saturday at age 79.
