Climatologist explains lack of flooding despite recent downpours

MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about significant rain storms earlier this week, and why those storms did not cause much flooding. Seeley also says Minnesota is expected to be warmer than normal over the next few months.
