May colder than normal despite recent warm up

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about summer arriving this week in earnest in much of the state with above average temperatures. He says, despite that warm up, May was colder than normal. Seeley also has a wet forecast for the weekend and next week.
