Residents in northern Minnesota along the Canadian border are scrambling to keep rising waters at bay.  Several weeks of heavy rain have caused widespread flooding along the border.  The water on Rainy Lake has risen more than 22 inches over the past few weeks -- into what is considered flood stage.  Meanwhile, Rainy River is up nearly 10 feet since the beginning of the month, pushing this flood past a record set in 1950.  MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Adam Claybundy, who's the fire chief of Loman, a small community just west of International Falls.
