No one is in custody for the Saturday shooting. Police said they believe this was not a random incident.

Minneapolis Police Department spokesman Scott Seroka said details will be released in criminal complaints if any suspect is charged.

A double stabbing also took place early Sunday morning, around 12:43 a.m., according to Seroka.

The incident happened at the 1000th block of Currie Avenue in Minneapolis. Two victims suffered non-life threatening injuries, Seroka said. A male victim was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center, and a female victim took herself to HCMC a short time later, he added.

"If you look at all three of these cases, they're not related in any way shape or form," Seroka said.

Police continue to investigate the cases, he added.
