7-year-old on bike struck by car dies
A 7-year-old Milaca girl died after being struck and killed on her bicycle Tuesday.
The State Patrol said Alyssa Grimm was riding in the west bound lane of Mille Lacs County Road 8 about 10:20 p.m. when a car westbound on the road struck her.
She was taken to North Memorial hospital in Robbinsdale, and died there. Neither the 29-year-old driver or his passenger were hurt, and alcohol isn't believed to be involved in the crash.
