Walz on new VA secretary, oil train safety rules

The Senate confirmed Robert A. McDonald as the new secretary of veterans affairs Tuesday in the midst of a scandal over how long veterans wait to receive health care in some parts of the country.

Rep. Tim Walz, who represents Minnesota's 1st District and sits on the House Veterans Affairs committee, joins The Daily Circuit to talk about what the VA needs to change and whether a $17 billion fix from Congress can do the job.
