Tips for managing money-induced stress

When NPR, Harvard and the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation asked Americans what stressed them out, more than half that reported a great deal of stress blamed financial worries.

If you dig into that number, you learn something even more interesting: Women stress more than men--58 percent versus 45 percent. And even though low income earners often stress about money, so do higher income earners.

Financial guru Ruth Hayden joins The Daily Circuit to talk about how to manage your money-induced stress.
