Mendota Heights police officer Scott Patrick was remembered this week as a humble public servant with a sense of humor, a local kid who made his community proud. He was laid to rest after being shot to death in the line of duty. At St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, more than 5,000 people, many of them law enforcement officers, came to say farewell. Our photo gallery offers some sights from the event.
