Brainerd, Minn., residents are boiling their water for the fifth consecutive morning. That's because bacteria was found in the city's water supply last week. Brainerd is one of a few larger Minnesota cities that do not chlorinate drinking water. The choice leaves the system more vulnerable to contamination. But some say it's worth the risk.
