The leaves are changing color, the air is crisper, and it's time to get your flu shot.

Host Tom Crann and Dr. Jon Hallberg highlight some new guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the annual flu vaccine.

This year's vaccine covers four flu strains instead of three. The CDC also recommends that children two to eight receive the flu mist instead of the shot. Wait. Do you hear cheering?

Also a new pneumonia shot awaits seniors, 65 and older.
