It's no surprise that excessive stress is very unhealthy. But what about smaller amounts of stress over an extended period?

Host Tom Crann and Dr. Jon Hallberg discuss a new study by Oregon State University's "Center For Healthy Aging." It shows how stress, in both larger and small amounts, can shorten your life, especially for men.

The study demonstrates how repeated exposure to the chemicals stress triggers, can lead to an earlier death.
