Christie, first lady aim to influence tight Wisconsin governor's race

Candidates in Wisconsin's race for governor are hoping visits from big-name supporters yesterday will help them gain traction in the weeks ahead.

Republican Gov. Scott Walker is locked in a tight reelection race against Democrat Mary Burke. He was joined yesterday by GOP New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie in Hudson, while first lady Michelle Obama campaigned for Burke in Milwaukee.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with reporter Patrick Marley of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, about the race.
