Vatican synod ends with no consensus on gays

A two-week Synod on the Family wrapped up Sunday at the Vatican without consensus on the church's stance on gay marriage and divorcees. The synod drew an unusual amount of attention when it released a draft document that seemed to signal a dramatic change in the church's stance on homosexuality and on divorce.
