Col. Eric Kerska reflects as retirement nears

Col. Eric Kerska is looking at retirement from the Army National Guard as chief of staff of the 34th Infantry Division.

The end of his career is bittersweet he says. He looks forward to more time with family but will miss the camaraderie of his fellow troops.

Kerska's daughter is also a member of the armed forces.
