Lucia Watson has been a pioneer in the farm-to-table movement and has earned national prestige for her work, including three James Beard Award nominations for best chef in the Midwest.
Watson is selling her Uptown Minneapolis restaurant to a group of local investors. But the restaurant, Lucia's, is expected to remain much the same.
