High school high kickers embroiled in controversy

The Faribault High School dance team won the state Class 3A high kick championship after all its competitors were disqualified for protesting at the event.

The Wayzata, Eastview, Chaska, Lakeville South and Eden Prairie teams say Faribault copied another team's moves.

Howard Sinker, a digital sports editor for the Star Tribune, spoke with MPR News' Cathy Wurzer about the competition.
