Minnesota's population is diversifying fast, but go to a play or a dance concert and chances are the audience is overwhelmingly white.

Between now and 2030, the number of people of color is expected to grow twice as quickly as the number of whites.

If arts institutions want to remain relevant in the years to come, they need to make sure their audiences are also diversifying.
