Preview: Hmong film festival kicks off tonight
The sixth-annual Hmong film festival gets underway tonight at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul.
The event—called Quia Dab Neeg Film Festival —showcases films produced by Hmong artists around the world.
The festival director joined MPR News' Tom Weber to preview the event.
