Today's Morning Edition music is from 30 years ago Tuesday when, during a state visit, President Ronald Reagan participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at cemetery near Bitburg, Germany.

He was widely criticized for being there after it was revealed that 49 members of a Nazi SS division were buried in the cemetery.

During the same trip, Regan declined to visit the site of a World War II concentration camp.

In response to Reagan's decision, the Ramones wrote and recorded this song, which was subtitled "Bonzo Goes to Bitburg."
