With less than two weeks left of the legislative session and no agreement on a state budget, the time for serious negotiations among Gov. Dayton, Senate DFLers and House Republicans is near.

The minority parties in each chamber will have some sway in the end-game as well. MPR News' Kerri Miller talked with Minnesota's House and Senate minority leaders about their priorities and predictions for the end of the 2015 session.
