Meeker County storms leave sporadic damage

Storms that passed through Meeker County have left sporadic damage.

According to the sheriff's office, Saturday evening's storm destroyed outbuildings of one residence and left the house with roof, window and water damage. The damage was estimated at $80,000.

The office said there were also reports in the county of other roofs damaged, trees and power lines down and flooded streets.

The National Weather Service reported the strong possibility of a tornado in the area at the same time.
