Today's Morning Edition music is from Devo, in honor of Mark Mothersbaugh who turns 65 years old Monday.

Mothersbaugh co-founded Devo back in the early 1970s. He's also created a lot of well-known music for movies and television.

He's a visual artist as well. An exhibition of his art, "Myopia," is coming to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts in August.

When the exhibit recently closed in Denver, Mothersbaugh arranged for his own version of a 21-gun salute outside the museum, but in this case participants were armed with potato guns.
