6-year-old dies in fall from ATV
Sheriff's officials say a 6-year-old girl has died after falling off an all-terrain vehicle driven by her mother in Beltrami County.
Authorities say the child fell from the ATV on private land in Hines Township about 4 p.m. Monday. Family members and first responders tried to revive the girl, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Beltrami County sheriff's deputies and the Minnesota State Patrol are investigating.
