Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis produce Janet Jackson's newest song
Today's Morning Edition music selection is Janet Jackson's new song "No Sleep," a song title the Morning Edition crew can certainly relate to.
Jackson announced this week that the tune will be part of a new album, expected to be released in the fall. It will be her first album in seven years.
Like her big hits from 1980s, this one was produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. They were based in the Twin Cities then, but now call Los Angeles home.
