MN student testing faces big cuts after lawmakers slash budget

Lawmakers repealed several required high school tests and stopped paying for all juniors to take the ACT college entrance exam. The MCA tests that students like these at Harvest Prep in Minneapolis take every year in grades three through eight will remain in place.
