Two Ramsey County beaches closed due to E. coli

Ramsey County has closed two public beaches to swimming because of harmful levels of E. coli.

The beaches on Lake Johanna in Arden Hills and Long Lake in New Brighton were closed as of Wednesday.

The county will test bacteria levels again Thursday. The earliest the beaches could reopen is Friday, July 31.
