A decision by a popular Minnesota art museum to rebrand itself has drawn a mixed reaction.

The Minneapolis Institute of Art announced last week it now wants to be called "Mia," instead of its old acronym M-I-A.

The organization is also using the word "Art" in its name instead of "Arts."

MPR News' Phil Picardi spoke with Kaywin Feldman, the museum's director and president, about the changes.
