Welcome to Night Vale creators on fear and the unknown
On Sunday night I interviewed Joseph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor — the creators of the hit podcast Welcome To Night Vale.
Night Vale is a fictional desert town where the strange and the bizarre are commonplace — and somehow Jeffrey and Joseph have turned that world into a new novel.
One highlight from our conversation focuses on a line in the pilot episode that intrigued me. The narrator says: "I fear for anyone caught between what they know and what they don't yet know that they don't know."
