Paul is the latest presidential hopeful to campaign in Minnesota. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie held a private fundraiser in Minnesota. Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders have also held events in Minnesota.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker made two campaign stops in Minnesota before dropping out of the race in September.
Minnesota's precinct caucuses are on March 1, a month after the Iowa caucuses.
