It's back!

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources on Thursday announced its eagle cam is now live. It's the fourth year the DNR's Nongame Wildlife Program has streamed live video from a bald eagle nest in the Twin Cities.

A pair of eagles has started to visit the nest. Biologists who have been able to get a good look at the leg band on the female eagle say it's the same from past years, the DNR says.

Will we see any eaglets this year? Stay tuned. Last season, three chicks hatched in the nest, although only two survived.

Meanwhile, the Como Zoo's reindeer cam will also return soon.

The Pioneer Press reports a camera has been installed inside the reindeer exhibit and will begin streaming footage on the Animal Planet website sometime after Thanksgiving.

And if you're still yearning for additional animal-watching, check out the Minnesota Zoo's live webcams.
